[ Red showed up in Luceti either this day and/or the day before. Masaomi got back from his mission this day. Linda was very, very bored on this mission - she's never been allowed to do anything on any of the boot camp missions but annoy her trainer in the evenings before they go to bed and hang out in the barracks. So she's actually ditching him for once and going out on the town to have a good time. Maybe see some cuties. Maybe get some good food.

Maybe get in a tail fight. Yeah, yeah, you heard her. ]

[ Getting good food is all what this pikachu is about!! There's certain times in the day at Luceti that he and his gang go around and get food. Certain food times are very lax on what those very certain times are, other than "after waking up", "before some training", and "after some training". Or something like that. Maybe there's some food having inbetween the before and after of training. Gotta keep up plenty of energy for all the training, after all!

The point is, this is during one of those times where Pikachu is with Venusaur and Snorlax, waiting outside as Red's getting food for them to take to eat together. They've all already got something to snack on - Snorlax has got his own bag of delights to count as a snack of course - with the pikachu having a flaky, lightly sugared pastry in his paws to nibble on. Mmmmm. ]

[Pika, meanwhile, the (semi)new Pikachu in town only has a berry to his name. It can't really help but look at it in disgust. How was he supposed to eat this, Red? It's so plain and boring!

So he wandered off when Red was resting up. He'll just have to find his own food! Yeah!! His trainer couldn't find anything good yet, but then...

That's when he spotted another Pikachu. Yeah that pastry looks super good, other Pikachu. Which is why Pika is strolling on up to stare at you and it.]

[ Wow you casual who is eating that sort of sugar intake there you need to get some nuts, son. ... That's Linda's general thought process as she sees the collection of the (little) Red's Pokémon at about the same time as Pika. However, something much more interesting and much more important catches her eye immediately thereafter.

dat Snorlax, though. She said she was looking for cuties, and damn did she find one. Linda, pleased with herself, makes to get on over to the trio and plans to intentionally ignore the other two to make an impression on the big guy ]

[ Wow, sounds like someone is jelly about all this deliciousness in Pikachu's hands! -- wait, who is this guy just staring at him? Hope you're up for a mouthful of mmmmhmff? there Pika because Piakchu is going to stand here and keep chewing. What's up???

Venusaur eyes all the added company, though sitting beside Snorlax and chewing on a little something herself, she's got her eye more on Linda than any other. Snorlax peers down at the girl pikachu when she approaches him, then promptly looks back up as he takes out another pastry. What. omnomnomnom. ]

[Someone is definitely jelly. Which is why before that other Pikachu munches on it too much, Pika just holds out the berry he's holding. The half eaten berry.

... Yeah.

So uh. He expects a trade to happen. Like you should feel honored to even have this berry. It's an important berry, okay?

Though while this is happening, he glances over at the other Pikachu that showed up. What is she even doing... ?]

[ Sheeeeee. ... Is walking up to Snorlax and then being like "well... well maybe you should give me a taste of your food to see if it's actually as good as you seem to think it is. Not that I want to, I'm just being generous"

While being a little starry eyed ]

[ What is that half-eaten berry for. Pikachu blinks at it while still having pastry in his gob, then - oh. A trade?

(wow really son???)

Let Pikachu put you in the right direction, waving a paw over to the bakery. Go in there and get one!

Also, Linda. Linda. Snorlax will at least wait until he's done chewing to give you the good news.

"no."

And then he pops another pastry into his mouth. mmmm chew chew. ]

[But that's all the way over there. Plus doesn't he need a trainer for that sort of thing?!

At least for now, he seems pretty distracted by Linda. Namely, laughing at her. Pointing and laughing, in fact. Way to get shot down!]

[ Wow shut up fatass. She's so got this. In face, she's gong to shoot a spark over Pika's way before huffing and then Magneto floating herself up to get level with Snorlax's face. Come on, you can spare her some of that food. Or your head, she can sit on it. ]

[ Oh, what's that he's watching-- ahaha what is that girl doing. Venusaur doesn't even know but she will allow them all to continue doing whatever. Getting involved in any of these things isn't the life for her.

Snorlax makes a disgruntled face. Is this pest really going to bother him? Well....

haha like heck is he going to ever gonna consider giving up his food. Time to raise up a paw to flick his claws at her head. Whether it hits or not -- shoo! ]

[He's not a fatass!! He's nice and fluffy! Even more fluffy now that a spark was sent his way, which just annoys the hell out of him.

You don't mess with Pika, okay. Before he could do anything though, he just kind of smirks. Looks like Snorlax has it handled, why does he need to do anything himself? As much as he wants to show off, this is probably a better way to handle it.]

[ And the flick..! Connects, and sends her flying back. Not into a tree or anything, but it did knock her out of the air here and knock her onto her ass. She glared up at Snorlax! ... But then she huffed like "oh you mean" sort of thing ]

[ Not through a tree, but through three trees!

Since the other pikachu doesn't seem to care about snacks anymore, Pikachu is going to go over to Linda! Like, wow, hey, long time no see. By the way, why are you trying to get food from him?? You do know food here is free, right.

Also, Pika? Snorlax is going to look over at you, and Linda, and Pikachu... and then snort and suggest, waving a dismissive paw at them all, "why don't you all go off and make eggs somewhere so i can eat." Like now. om. om nom. Venusaur will whack the side of his arm gently with a vine. Snorlax. Shh. ]

[Wow. Wow. And he liked you, Snorlax!

Yeah right. Like he would wanna do that! Better listen to your friend there, Snorlax. If anything, that lady totally wants to make eggs with you anyway! Though the familiarity with Linda isn't too strange, at least, considering he thinks the same.

For different reasons, but y'know. Either way, he joins the others, even if he's keeping his distance from Linda.]

[ You both suck.

And male things in general suck because that was a lame ass rejection. She'll get her day in the sun, and she huffs that out for the bigger ones before... she sighs and gives a much less enthusiastic "yeah, hey to you too" sort of vibe to Pikachu before shoving him a bit when she stands. Of course she knows that, so let's go get some spiced nuts, loser ]

[ Yeahhhhh like Snorlax is paying attention to any of you. He is like the bean seller from Ocarina of Time right now, except he's got a bag of pastries and he ain't selling any to you lot.

Pikachu gives a hey hey sort of response to the shove, but he won't shove back. Spiced nuts where? Weren't you after pastries a second ago? ]

[Who even needs pastries when there's something like spiced nuts? Like the pastry? Desperation measure. Anything is better than a berry, even sweet things, as much as he dislikes them.

At least nuts can have a bitter taste. Yo Linda, where do you get those at? Maybe he'll apologize if he tags along. Maybe.]

[ They got them at the Convenience Store that her trainer hangs out at. They're in these annoying plastic packages, but you can rip them open easy enough with your teeth. Come on, we'll all go get some. Her treat.

If only because it's nothing hard on her to treat ]

[ Then come on it's the one on the end of the street here with the weird puzzle chairs. Let's get there and get the door open (chime) to break out the snacks ]

[ Weird puzzle chairs? (Also, no one cares about your point system Pika!) Whatever, let's have three pikachus hopping on into the store. Ooooh...

... hey, what's this weird green plant with the thin things poking out of it over here? There's no way that's safe to touch. ]
